SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for choosing Crowcatcher3 for your spiritual candle needs. Each candle is handcrafted with care, and we are committed to delivering your order safely and as quickly as possible.

Processing Time All orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Methods & Rates We offer multiple shipping options at checkout. Shipping rates are automatically calculated based on destination, package weight, and selected shipping method. All shipping costs will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Times (Domestic) Estimated delivery times after shipment: Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days. Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days. Express Shipping: 1–2 business days. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasonal demand.

International Shipping (EU & Select Countries) We proudly ship to select international destinations, including Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, and Sweden. Estimated Delivery Times (from ship date): Standard International: 7–14 business days. Expedited International: 3–5 business days. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. International orders are shipped via USPS and/or DHL Express, depending on availability and destination.

Important International Notes International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing. EU customers may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.

Shipping Locations We currently ship within the United States and to select international countries listed above.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.

Shipping Carriers We work with trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure safe and reliable delivery of your candles.

Packaging All candles are carefully packaged using protective materials to minimize the risk of damage during transit. We take extra care to ensure your spiritual products arrive in excellent condition.

Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us at crowcatcher3@gmail.com and include your order number and clear photos of any damage. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution.

Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.

Undeliverable Packages If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Holidays & Peak Seasons During holidays and peak seasons, processing and delivery times may be extended. We strongly recommend placing orders early to ensure timely delivery.
