Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

Used candles
Burned candles
Custom or personalized orders
Spiritual or intention candles
Sale item

EU Statutory Rights

Customers in the European Union have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of delivery, as provided under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. This right applies regardless of the reason for return. To exercise this right, please contact us at crowcatcher3@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Any statutory rights under applicable local consumer protection laws are not affected by this policy.

Spiritual Candles

Due to the spiritual and ritual nature of our products, all sales are final once shipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3–5 days of delivery with:

Your order number
Photos of the damage
Photos of the packaging

Once reviewed, we may offer:

A replacement
Store credit
A refund to the original payment method

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

Delays caused by the shipping carrier
Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

Heat & Wax Disclaimer

During warmer months, candles may soften or sweat during transit. This is a natural occurrence and does not affect the quality or performance of the candle.

Because our candles are hand-poured and made with natural waxes, slight variations in color, texture, scent, and appearance may occur.
